Background and objectives:
The
Agroecology TPP was established to accelerate and co-ordinate work on agroecology across international, national and local scales, with the aim of fostering transitions to more sustainable agricultural and food systems. The Members Forum is composed of all institutions that formally engage in TPP projects, are active in the TPP’s science-policy or science-development interface, are represented in the governance and advisory bodies or have submitted
an application form and agree to the
membership charter. In addition to institutional members, individuals participating in the TPP’s Community of Practice are warmly welcomed to contribute to the annual meeting.
The
declared objectives of the Annual Members Forum Meeting are to
review the overall progress of the TPP,
of its research findings, of knowledge and implementation needs, and to discuss issues and priorities ahead.
